To ensure that your work is presented in the best possible way and meets the review criteria, please read the following guidelines carefully:
Originality Requirement
Entries must be original photographic works independently completed by the submitter, and any form of plagiarism or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Science Theme
The work should clearly showcase phenomena, concepts, or stories in the field of natural science. Please explain the scientific principles or observational value in the work description.
Image Quality
Uploaded images should be clear in quality and accurate in color reproduction. For the purpose of presenting scientific facts, overly digitally manipulated creations are not accepted.
File Security
Please ensure that the document does not contain any personal watermarks, borders, or information that could identify the author, in order to ensure the fairness of the review.

Supported file formats
- Main formats: JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg) or PNG (.png).
- Note: These two formats are the most commonly used and compatible for online transmission and display. Please make sure your file extension is correct.
- Please note: We do not accept RAW format files (such as .CR2, .NEF, .ARW, etc.), PSD layered files, or HEIC format. If you shoot in RAW format, please export it as a high-quality JPEG or PNG file before submission.

File size limit
- Minimum value: not less than 3 MB.
- Maximum size: no more than 10 MB.
- Ideal range: We recommend keeping the final submitted file size between 5 MB and 8 MB. You can optimize the file size using the ‘Export’ or ‘Save As’ function in image editing software, adjusting the quality slider (usually set between 80%-90%).

Image size and resolution
- Minimum edge length: The shorter side of the image (whichever is smaller between width or height) must be at least 3000 pixels.
- Resolution: It is recommended to set it to 300 dpi.

Color space
- Recommended: sRGB IEC61966-2.1.
